Emotional Drawing
Workshops to explore drawing as a tool for mindfulness and emotional expression
The goal of this workshop is to put our chatterbox brains to rest and to simply draw what’s going on inside. It is not about drawing something pretty, but maybe you will learn to find beauty in unexpected places. This workshop is accessible to everyone.
Talking about how you feel is great - don’t get me wrong, I am a big fan of therapy - but sometimes our verbal language simply falls short. Therefore I have developed a set of easy drawing exercises, based on my personal mental health journey and the tools I collected along the way.
Here’s how it works
Celebrate your body
You are a work of art. So let’s put your body on that pedestal. Together we reflect on the personal journey that got you here. We celebrate all that your body has done for you up to this point. By completely letting go of any expectations you’ll be able to enjoy the process of being watched and portrayed with so much care and love.
Boost your confidence
By making an ode to you and your body, just as you are right now, we create space for self-love, (body) confidence, and empowerment. If you feel like something is holding you back, we will go there to take care of it together. I’ll share my own journey, tell you inspiring stories of other brave souls, and give you the tools to connect with your inner power.
The process to power
We start the session by getting to know each other over tea and delicious snacks. By the time you undress you’ll feel at home and ready for your adventure. Good chance that by the end of the session you’ve even forgotten you are naked! You will go your way feeling powerful, playful, joyful and confident. With a unique visual reminder of your victory.
Your Power Portrait session includes
Welcome drink and snacks while we get to know each other
You choose the colours and materials that feel most like you
Your Nude Power Portrait session (90-120 minutes)
We will try different poses and materials
After care chat
Afterwards you receive your Power Portrait, to take home with you.

This is my home studio in Amsterdam West, where I create most of my magic. This is where I have all the materials we could possibly need at my fingertips.
